Fire Truck LCD Display
Primetech, UK, has integrated our RWD080M sunlight readable LCD display as part of its fire truck boom mounted thermal imaging camera system.
The Waterproof 8" Display is at the boom operator’s position and allows the user to see what the camera sees 40 meters up.

Direct Sunlight LCD testing and review:
All the LCD's shown above are displaying the same web page. The 1st unit to the extreme left is a standard car lcd with no daylight or direct sunlight readable enhancements. The second unit is a 800 nit high bright car LCD with no other optical enhancements. The three Roadwater units to the right have different levels of optical enhancements including high bright LED backlights, optical bonding and anti-reflective layers.
